In the printing of our articles, we use only water-based colors. An innovative solution that reflects our ethical values and our responsibility towards the planet and people. An environmental benefit: choosing water-based colors significantly reduces the environmental impact of production. Unlike traditional chemical solvent-based inks, this technology does not release harmful substances into the atmosphere, greatly reducing emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), which are responsible for pollution and deterioration of the ozone layer. Additionally, the absence of harmful plasticizing substances contributes to reduced water contamination and makes the disposal of printed materials more sustainable.

Safety and well-being for people: using water-based colors ensures a safer production process for our artisans and produces fabrics that are gentle on the skin, suitable for everyone. Water-based colors are non-toxic, making them safe for the skin and ideal even for garments intended for young children. They offer a better tactile sensation, as they do not form the typical plastic film common with some traditional inks. They provide enhanced workplace safety due to their low volatility, reducing the risk of inhaling harmful substances and lowering the risk of fires.
Longer-lasting and better printing quality: Water-based solvents allow the ink to penetrate more deeply into fabric fibers. This ensures colors that last longer and offer higher quality compared to plastic-based inks such as Plastisol.

To reduce environmental impact, we have implemented a closed-loop purification system that allows us to reuse all the water used in our production processes.

An advanced purification system for sustainability: our approach includes two purification phases: an initial treatment that removes larger impurities and chemical residues, followed by an osmotic purification process. This final stage ensures purified, contaminant-free water that can be reused in the production cycle without compromising process quality.

Thanks to this system, we not only reduce water consumption but also lower costs associated with wastewater disposal.

The advantages of natural fabrics include being biodegradable and hypoallergenic, as well as supporting body temperature regulation, ensuring comfort and well-being in every season. Furthermore, thanks to their breathability and durability, they reduce long-term resource consumption and contribute to a more sustainable approach to fashion.

Unlike traditional disposal practices, where surplus dyes are treated as waste, this technology enables us to fully repurpose them, turning them into new multicolor textures. This prevents the release of chemical substances into the environment, reduces industrial waste, and limits the need to produce new pigments, thereby cutting the ecological impact of production.
