Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased products, without stating reasons, within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

Please note that Colori del Sole products are hand-printed and therefore the result of an artisanal production process, where small differences between products of the same type do not represent production defects, but are distinctive features of artisanal workmanship.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit statement via email to shop@coloridelsole.com indicating in the email subject "RETURN ORDER NUMBER..." followed by the order number.

In the case of multiple goods ordered through a single order and delivered separately, the deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal starts from the day you acquire physical possession of the last good.

Customized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Please return the goods to the address that we will provide you, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal from the order to us.

The substantial integrity of the product(s) to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods pursuant to Article 57, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code. Therefore, during the withdrawal period, you shall handle and inspect the goods with due diligence, in the same way as you would be allowed to do in a store.

The withdrawal procedure applies exclusively to purchases made through the COLORIDELSOLE.COM website.
