Delivery Times

Shipments within Italy (including San Marino and Vatican City) are delivered within 4–6 business days and are free for orders of €99.00 or more (after any discounts).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email that allows you to monitor your order status 24/7 directly on the courier’s website.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order by sending an email to shop@coloridelsole.com within 8 hours of purchase.

Delivery Time Variability
Please note that delivery times may vary due to:

  • Product availability at the time of order
  • Courier delays beyond our control
  • Handcrafted production: our items are handmade with great care and attention to detail. This may require longer processing times, especially during high-demand periods.


Our customer service team is available to assist you in case of delays or shipment updates. Service hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (CET).

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates vary depending on the destination country:

Italy: €10.00 | Free for orders over €99.00
EU (European Union): €30.00 | Free for orders over €249.00
Non-EU Countries: €45.00 | Free for orders over €349.00

For Non-EU shipments, customs duties are determined based on the regulations of the destination country, considering both the nature of the goods and the total order amount.

These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. They may vary depending on the local customs service rules.

Please Note: The United Kingdom is considered an international destination (Non-EU) and is therefore subject to customs duties and import taxes.

⚠️ Note: Free shipping is not available for WHOLESALE customers.

Terms and Limitations
It is not possible to ship an order to a country different from the one stated in the billing address.
(Example: an order can be shipped to Turin if placed by a customer residing in Rome, but not if the customer resides in Barcelona.)

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, private mailbox services, or military bases (APO/FPO addresses).

However, we can deliver to the nearest UPS Access Point to your home.
